To all users:
Install the latest Java 8 (or higher) runtime or development kit and follow until further notice instructions provided in attached document entitled ''AppMan JAVA User Configuration Instructions Effective Sep 2018". For files attached scroll down page and navigate to the Files section of this article.
If a different Java version is needed, we suggest to either run multiple Java versions on a PC or install an earlier Java version only if department PC administrator supports this choice. Installation of multiple Java versions allows to ad hoc enable an older Java version in the Java Control Panel for client/user purposes only. AppMan client access is supported for Java 8 and above; please install Java 8 or higher.
For Mac users - additional client launch instructions: Please note that for Mac users the AppMan client can't be started directly by clicking on link ' Start the Applications Manager Client ' (here for AWPROD). Please navigate to the downloaded Client.jnlp file and 'Launch' it by double clicking it.
